Supply to us

We're building something unique at ARIA, and we need great suppliers and partners to help us do it. From core operational services to specialised programme support, we work with providers who can help us run efficiently and effectively.

Principles

Our procurement model is designed to maximise the agility, quality and impact of ARIA's activities while ensuring responsible stewardship of public funds and building public trust. In particular, we ensure that:

  • Value-for-money considerations are consistent with ARIA's mission and evaluated in the context of the specific need.
  • We default to open competitions and that deviations from that default are considered and justified. ARIA will prioritise finding the best value for money solution for each requirement however by exception, a contract/grant may be awarded without competition.

Opportunities

These calls are currently open for applications – make sure to read the supporting documentation before applying.

Request for Proposal: Communications and Engagement Support

This RFP seeks proposals from communications and engagement specialists with strong strategic and creative capabilities to supplement ARIA’s internal team. The appointed partner will support the execution of a multi-channel owned and earned engagement approach that enhances ARIA’s visibility, strengthens our narrative, and amplifies the impact of our programmes. We are hosting a webinar on 15 April 2026, to provide an overview of communications and engagement at ARIA and to give potential bidders an opportunity to ask questions to the ARIA team – register on the link below.

Deadline

01 May 2026

Notes

You should note that ARIA is exempt from the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023.

We ask that all our suppliers agree to the government supplier code of conduct [PDF] and as a minimum, hold Cyber Essentials.

A copy of our standard goods and services terms and conditions can be found here.

Where appropriate we can also use supplier terms and conditions.
